How It Works

A repeatable sprint system for local sports markets.

10x does not guess whether an athlete, partner, product, or city activation is worth backing. We run the test: position the athlete, map the market, launch the story, capture fans, activate partners, probe demand, test performance creative, and package the proof.

Start a sprint

Seven stages. Two decision gates. One proof package.

See the offer
Stage 0

Position the athlete

Define the local hero angle: city connection, origin story, content pillars, audience, sponsor fit, brand-safe categories, and no-go zones.

Output: Hero angle, audience map, brand fit, content pillars, rights checklist.

Stage 1

Map the local market

Identify the city's sport energy: neighborhoods, venues, gyms, shops, clubs, community nodes, local media, and partner density.

Output: City profile, partner grid, activation options, risks/no-go zones.

Stage 2

Launch the story

Turn positioning into launch creative, fan capture, social tests, and initial partner/sponsor outreach.

Output: Content variants, landing page, opt-in path, first audience signals.

Stage 3

Grow and segment fans

Capture owned local demand through opt-ins, retargeting pools, audience segments, and engagement quality.

Output: Fan graph, audience segments, cost-per-fan learning.

Stage 4

Activate partners and demand

Bring the athlete into local places and test commerce/event demand: drops, collectibles, reservations, clinics, RSVPs, and partner offers.

Output: Partner activations, reservation/RSVP data, commerce thresholds.

Stage 5

Test performance creative

License or authorize athlete-led content for paid amplification and benchmark against brand media metrics.

Output: CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate, winner/loser creative.

Stage 6

Package sponsor proof

Turn the sprint into a sponsor-safe proof room: story, fan signal, partner proof, commerce demand, performance creative results, and next recommendation.

Output: Proof room, case study, scale / iterate / kill recommendation.

Performance creative

Not just content. Content that can be tested as media.

10x creates local athlete-led content that can be licensed or authorized for paid amplification. With the right permissions, brands can run the content as partnership ads, Spark Ads, or creator-style paid social and compare results against existing benchmarks. We structure the test so the result is measurable, comparable, and useful as proof.

Day 14: GO / ITERATE / KILL

By Day 14, 10x should know whether the market has enough signal to continue. We look at fan capture, creative response, partner momentum, commerce/event demand, and early paid performance.

Decision
GO

Signal is strong. Scale content, partners, commerce, performance creative, and sponsor outreach.

Decision
ITERATE

Signal exists, but story, audience, creative, offer, partner type, or CTA needs sharper testing.

Decision
KILL

The market does not justify more spend. Stop cleanly and preserve the learning.

Day 28: proof, not vibes

The Day 28 readout is a sponsor-ready proof package with aggregate data, no PII, and a clear scale / iterate / kill recommendation.
