10x Local Hero Sprint

28 days to prove whether an athlete can move a local market.

A focused sprint to test one athlete in one city: story, fan growth, commerce demand, partner activation, performance creative, and sponsor proof.

We do not promise fame. We create measurable local proof.

Aligned upside, not upfront pressure

The sprint can be funded by athletes, agents, sponsors, brands, partners, or investors. For qualifying athlete-led sprints, 10x does not ask for a large upfront athlete fee. We ask for time, access, approvals, and commitment.

10x earns from the new commercial upside we help create. Before launch, the agreement defines:

This may include
  • + Sponsor deals created or packaged through 10x
  • + Product drops, apparel, collectibles, or reservations created through the sprint
  • + Paid performance creative opportunities created through the sprint
  • + Ticketed events, clinics, appearances, or community moments operated by 10x
  • + Licensing or partner activations built from 10x campaign concepts
Before launch, the agreement defines
  • + The percentage
  • + The term
  • + The territory
  • + The categories included
  • + What is excluded
  • + Athlete approval rights
  • + Usage rights
  • + Reporting and payment process

No vague ownership. No hidden claims. Clear scope before the sprint starts.

Who funds the sprint?

Some sprints are funded by sponsors, brands, agents, partners, or investors. Some athlete-led sprints are structured around upside instead of upfront athlete fees.

The model depends on the athlete, city, production scope, paid media budget, partner/event needs, commerce test, performance creative scope, and sponsor involvement. The first step is a sprint-fit conversation.

Common questions

Do athletes pay upfront?

For qualifying athlete-led sprints, no. We ask for time, access, approvals, and commitment. 10x earns from the new commercial upside we help create.

Does 10x own my name, image, or likeness?

No. The athlete keeps control of their identity, career, existing deals, and approval rights. 10x only participates in defined commercial opportunities created through the sprint, according to the agreement.

What does 10x participate in?

Sponsor deals, product drops, collectibles, events, partner activations, paid performance creative opportunities, licensing, and other revenue created from the 10x-built athlete-brand asset.

What is excluded?

Salary, prize money, club wages, performance bonuses, existing sponsor deals, unrelated future deals, and anything outside the agreed scope.

Why does 10x take upside?

Because we are not just promoting you. We are building the local commercial proof, fan graph, partner grid, demand signal, performance creative potential, and sponsor package that can make you more valuable.
